12oz, barrel-aged for 5 months in a Trisaetum Pinot Noir oak barrel

Brown sugar sweetness, dark chocolate, Pinot body, balanced. 

This was a standout coffee from our sourcing trip in September 2016. We loved the flavors of the coffee, but more so the story behind it! Mrs. Evelia Imabchi owns this 25 years old farm. It is Primavera, Pitalito, Huila. It is a small farm, that is Ecofriendly, waterfriendly, and use the sun to dry the coffee. We are stoked to work with Traviesa and Mrs. Evelia to highlight the amazing work that women do on a day-to-day basis to maintain quality through each step!
